Wine, beer and bourbon enthusiasts will have a new reason to celebrate this spring as a popular tasting event returns to the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds.
Organizers announced the event will take place April 18 in the Fair Center Building at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, offering an afternoon of unlimited sampling, live music and interactive fun for attendees.
VIP ticket holders can enter from noon to 4 p.m., while general admission runs from 1 to 4 p.m.
Adding a local touch, personalities Connor and Tami from MC 93 will be on hand serving beverages and mingling with guests.
Live entertainment will be provided by Fair Warning, keeping the atmosphere lively as guests sample a wide selection of wines, craft beers and bourbons.
Attendees will also play a role in shaping a future favorite. Guests can vote for their top craft beer, with the three highest-rated brews earning a spot for sale at the 2026 Mississippi Valley Fair.
Tickets went on sale Feb. 2 and are available online at MVfair.com, as well as by phone or in person at the fair office.
Admission options include a $45 VIP ticket, limited to 200 guests, which includes early entry, unlimited sampling, live music and a commemorative pint glass. General admission tickets are $35 and include sampling and entertainment, while designated driver passes are available for $20 for those who want to enjoy the music and atmosphere without participating in tastings.
Organizers encourage attendees to plan ahead, gather friends and take part in what promises to be a lively afternoon celebrating regional flavors and community spirit.
