Whether you’re new to town or simply looking to reconnect, the next LIVE Muscatine Welcome Orientation is set for Tuesday, Oct. 20, giving residents a chance to meet local leaders, make new connections and learn more about the community.
The free orientation runs from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Muscatine Community YMCA, 1823 Logan St., in the Howe Conference Room.
LIVE Muscatine is offered twice a year and is designed to help newcomers learn about Muscatine’s history, attractions, services, programs and resources while connecting with other residents.
A light dinner and free childcare will be provided, making the event convenient for families.
Past participants say the orientation helped them discover new ways to enjoy Muscatine, find helpful community resources and build connections.
