Water affects the lowest sections of campgrounds just north of I-80 along the river and the lowest sections of Jack Shuger Memorial Park in Moscow. Water is also on 152nd Street north of County Road F70.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 13.4 feet Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
    PRECAUTIONS
    Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by Thursday evening at 900 PM CDT.

About Kevin Walker

Kevin Walker brings over three decades of radio experience to the airwaves, having worked across multiple markets since beginning his broadcasting career in 1991. A proud Iowa native, Kevin has built his extensive radio career in markets including the Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids, Dubuque, North Carolina, and previously in Muscatine as the creator of 93.1 the Buzz, before settling into his current role.

Beyond his music hosting duties, Kevin has spent the past three years as a key voice in University of Iowa athletics coverage for Voice of Muscatine. His comprehensive Hawkeye sports coverage includes men's and women's basketball as well as football. Kevin provides in-depth pre and post-game shows, conducts player and coach interviews, creates feature stories and player profiles, delivers game recaps and analysis, and offers sideline reporting that brings listeners closer to the action.

As an Iowa native covering his home state's beloved Hawkeyes, Kevin brings both professional expertise and genuine passion to his sports broadcasting. His decades of experience across multiple radio markets have given him the skills to connect with audiences whether he's spinning your favorite throwback hits or breaking down the latest Hawkeye game.

When he's not on the air or covering sports, Kevin is a proud dad to two daughters and shares his home with Kinnick, the family's appropriately-named Hawkeye dog.
