The University of Iowa baseball team will face Kansas at the Field of Dreams ballpark in Dyersville, Iowa, in a fall game on Oct. 10.
First pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m. All tickets are general admission and cost $12. Tickets can be purchased HERE.
Iowa concluded the 2026 season with a 33-23 overall record and advanced to the Big Ten Tournament for the 11th consecutive season.
Kansas won the Big 12 regular-season and tournament championships and captured the NCAA Tournament Lawrence Regional title before advancing to a Super Regional.
The Field of Dreams is located outside Dyersville, Iowa, about 20 miles from the Iowa-Wisconsin border. The exhibition follows a string of events in 2026 at the ballpark, which now has a permanent grandstand and press box. The stadium sits west of the movie site, which remains intact following the 1989 film “Field of Dreams.”
On Aug. 13, the Philadelphia Phillies and Minnesota Twins will meet in the third MLB game at Field of Dreams and first since 2022. The Northwoods League, which is a wooden-bat summer league consisting of college baseball players, held its all-star game and events at the site on July 7-8. The Northwoods League announced it will expand to Dyersville in 2027.
