Honor Loved Ones and Support Alzheimer’s Awareness with Purple Ribbons at Lutheran Living Senior Campus

This fall, Lutheran Living Senior Campus is inviting the Muscatine community to “Decorate the Lawn” while supporting Alzheimer’s awareness. For just $10, community members can purchase a 14-inch purple ribbon to display in their yard in honor or memory of someone whose life has been touched by Alzheimer’s disease.

Each purple ribbon can be personalized with the name of a loved one. Whether you want to honor someone special, remember a loved one, or show your support for individuals and families currently battling Alzheimer’s, these ribbons offer a meaningful way to bring awareness to the disease throughout the community.

Purple ribbons are available for purchase at the front desk of Lutheran Living Senior Campus, located at 2421 Lutheran Drive in Muscatine. The lawn display will remain in place through the end of October, creating a powerful visual reminder of the many people and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease.

Best of all, every dollar raised through the purple ribbon fundraiser will go toward supporting the Muscatine Alzheimer’s Walk. Together, the community can make a difference by decorating their lawns, honoring those who matter most, and helping support the fight against Alzheimer’s.
