Stay on sidewalks whenever possible and use crosswalks when crossing streets.
Walk, don’t run, from house to house.
Trick-or-treat with friends, siblings, or a trusted adult.
Only visit homes with porch lights turned on.
Wait until you get home to inspect all treats before eating them.
Keep masks from blocking your vision and hearing.
For Parents and Guardians

Know where your children are and when they plan to return home.
Remind children never to enter a stranger’s home or vehicle.
Ensure costumes fit properly to prevent trips and falls.
Carry a phone and emergency contact information.
For Drivers
