Faith United Church of Muscatine is hosting this retreat which will include sessions of chair yoga, Ener Chi a tai chi variation, Inherent Worth Meditations, Painting Your inner Worth art classes, Found Poem Collage art classes, Detox Religion Spiritual classes, and a 60 minute closing Sound Bath Healing. A Free program but free will donations will be accepted.
