United Way Muscatine County is hosting a Halloween Costume Drive September 1–15, and we’re collecting new or gently used, school-appropriate costumes for local kids! 
Have a costume your child has outgrown? Donate it so another child can enjoy some Halloween magic! Please make sure all components of the costume are bagged together.
