Fall is a great time to get the kids involved in a new activity. Registration is now open for several Fall 2026 programs through Muscatine Parks and Recreation.
Programs include Gymnastics, Little Muskies Football, Youth Volleyball Clinic and Sports Starters, with activities available for a variety of ages.
Gymnastics begins Sept. 14 at the Musco Sports Center and offers beginner through advanced classes for boys and girls ages 4 and older. Little Muskies Football starts Sept. 7 for children ages 4 to 7 and focuses on learning football basics in a fun, noncompetitive setting. The Youth Volleyball Clinic, beginning Sept. 7, is designed for third- and fourth-graders who are new to the sport, while Sports Starters begins Sept. 8 for 2- and 3-year-olds and a parent.
Registration is available online through the city’s RecDesk portal, or residents can register in person at the Parks and Recreation office, 215 Sycamore St., or by calling 563-263-0241. If an online registration deadline has passed, residents are encouraged to call the department to check whether space remains.
