The Muscatine Police Department’s favorite undercover celebrity — the Automated Traffic Enforcement (ATE) mobile vehicle — will be hanging out in the 1900 block of Hershey Avenue from Tuesday, May 26, through Friday, May 29.
Translation: if your speedometer starts looking like a lottery number, your mailbox may win a surprise prize later. 📸💌
