Roscoe Avenue will close to through traffic between Van Horne Street and West Fulliam Avenue beginning Monday, March 23, weather permitting, as Langman Construction resumes Phase 6C of the West Hill Sanitary and Storm Sewer Separation Project following a winter shutdown.

Over the next two months, crews will install curb and gutter along Amy Drive and Roscoe Avenue, complete driveway and sidewalk work, and finish improvements at the Hagerman–Amy–Roscoe intersection. Access in the area will be limited to local traffic, with full closures possible at times.

Drivers are advised to use Iowa Avenue or Logan Street as detour routes between 8th Street and West Fulliam Avenue.

City officials encourage motorists to plan ahead, use alternate routes, and follow all posted traffic control signage to ensure the safety of workers, pedestrians and other drivers.
