The beautifully restored Greenwood Cemetery Chapel is now open for community reservations. Reps at the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department announced the historic chapel offers a peaceful and intimate space for gatherings and special events in Muscatine.
Located within Greenwood Cemetery, the chapel retains its original altar, podium and seating for up to 50 guests. The restored space provides a quiet, dignified setting for meaningful moments and community gatherings.
Families, friends and local organizations can reserve the chapel for a variety of events, including celebrations of life, memorial services, small ceremonies, graduation gatherings and other special occasions. The chapel’s historic character and serene atmosphere make it an ideal place to reflect, honor loved ones and mark important milestones.
