On Thursday, the Muscatine Community School District announced that it will be closed on Friday, January 23rd, 2026. See the statement below:

Due to an Extreme Cold Warning issued by the National Weather Service, all Muscatine Community School District schools will be CLOSED tomorrow, Friday, Jan. 23. Dangerously low wind chills are expected, posing a risk to student and staff safety. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize everyone’s well-being.
