CBI Bank & Trust, is pleased to announce the appointment of Will Heidbreder to its board of directors, effective July 16, 2026.
Heidbreder brings more than thirty-three years of experience in financial institutions. Most recently, he was an advanced planning attorney at Principal Financial Group. In that role, he advised individuals and businesses nationwide on estate planning, business valuation, business succession, retirement planning, and executive benefits.
A graduate of Truman State University, Heidbreder holds a bachelor of accounting degree. He also attended Drake University where he received his law degree and the University of Iowa where he received his executive MBA. Will and his wife reside in Johnston, Iowa.
