Dairy Queen is celebrating its annual Free Cone Day on March 19, offering customers a free small vanilla soft-serve cone at participating locations nationwide.
The promotion happens one day before the first day of spring and has become a yearly tradition for the chain.
According to the company, DQ restaurants gave away about 5 million cones last year. Since the event began in 2015, more than 38 million free cones have been handed out across the United States.
Customers can visit participating DQ locations including our local Dairy Queen at 2101 Cedar Plaza Drive, Muscatine, March 19 to receive one free small vanilla cone per person while supplies last. Some mall locations may require a purchase.
Fans can also enter for a chance to win free cones for a year by downloading the DQ App and signing up for DQ Rewards.
