As part of a new partnership with Cedar Rapids based personal and professional
development firm, “The Restoration Project”, the Muscatine Women’s Leadership Network has
tapped Partner and Energy Builder, Brooke Fitzgerald, to guide the next event in the MWLN Series.
“The Path to Enough: A Half-Day Experience for Courageous Leaders” creates space for women in
leadership to release unrealistic expectations and rediscover peace in their potential. Through
honest conversation, reflective practices, and actionable tools, Brooke will guide participants
through three key movements of restored leadership: Rebuild Connection, Restore Intention, and
Inspire Action. Exploring common challenges like mom guilt, work-life tension, imposter syndrome,
and the pressure to prove one’s worth, participants can expect to leave this interactive presentation
with clarity about their definition of success, practical ways to center themselves in seasons of
overwhelm, and with a reminder that: enough is a decision, not an amount.
“We have long heard incredible stories about the work being done by The Restoration Project,” said Lindsay Trumbull, Chair of the MWLN Steering Committee and Director of Membership at the Greater Muscatine Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
“It just made sense for us to try and find ways to work with these amazing women and bring their specific talents to our community. We are excited to bring this unique experience to the MWLN and to our workforce and we are optimistic
that this is only the beginning of a long and mutually beneficial partnership with Brooke and her team.”
This half-day workshop will be held at The Merrill Hotel and Conference Center in downtown
Muscatine on Wednesday, January 21. Tickets are $50 per person and seats are limited. Entry
includes a full breakfast and coffee bar. Doors open for registration and breakfast at 8:00AM with
the three-hour workshop beginning at 9:00AM.
