Community Health Care Inc. will host its first “Say Yes to the Prom Fit” event March 7 at its Edgerton Clinic in Davenport.

The event will provide dozens of new and gently used prom dresses, suits and tuxedos at no cost to students. Shoes and accessories will also be available to help complete outfits.

Organizers said the goal is to support students who might otherwise miss prom because they do not have formal attire.

“Our hope is that these items go to students who might otherwise miss prom because they don’t have something to wear,” CHC said in a statement. “Every student deserves to feel confident and celebrated on this special night.”

The event is scheduled from noon to 2 p.m. at the CHC Edgerton Clinic, 1510 E. Rusholme St. Registration is required and can be completed online at https://bit.ly/PROM-YES.
