Kids First Pancake Breakfast to Support Local Students

Support local students while enjoying a hearty breakfast at the Kids First Pancake Breakfast, set for Friday, Jan. 30, in Muscatine.

The event will be held from 7 to 9 a.m. in the Walnut Room at MidWestOne Bank, 300 E. Second St. The public is invited to attend.

Guests will enjoy pancakes, eggs and sausage, with all proceeds benefiting the Kids First Fund through United Way Muscatine County. The fund helps remove barriers that prevent students from succeeding in school and participating in extracurricular activities.

For those on the go, to-go orders will be available. Advance to-go orders are encouraged and must be placed by noon on Jan. 29. Orders can be submitted online at https://forms.gle/EHNwsAtL1GgDSj1r8.

The Kids First Fund was created by United Way Muscatine County to support students across Muscatine County by addressing unmet needs that affect learning and school involvement. United Way partners with local school staff to identify students in need and provide resources that help them stay engaged and successful.
