The Park Avenue West Bridge over Mad Creek will be closed to all traffic for the majority of today, Monday, February 24, for testing of the bridge deck. The closure is place on both sides of the bridge, according to City spokespeople.
Motorists are asked to use the appropriate entrance off of Highway 38 to access residents and businesses on Park Avenue West during the closure which began at 10 a.m.
