    IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Water affects yards and access roads of residences along Iowa Highway 22. Water affects the lowest sections of campgrounds just north of I-80 along the river and the lowest sections of Jack Shuger Memorial Park in Moscow. Water is also on 152nd Street north of County Road F70.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 13.4 feet Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
    PRECAUTIONS
    Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by Thursday evening at 900 PM CDT.

About Tim Scott

KWPC’s Tim Scott is truly a renaissance man.

Tim's love of radio started when he was just 13 in 1973, he would ride his bicycle out to the radio station and ask to set in with Ron Edwin and Steve bridges.

In 1975, Tim officially started his career in radio broadcasting at KWPC-KFMH, he is proud to say that he has worked for every radio station owner KWPC has ever had from the very first owner George Volger to the current owners of Krieger Media Company.

As the years went by Tim's radio career turned more towards the engineering department.

Tim's home base is Muscatine, where he works at KWPC and MC 93.

Throughout the years, Tim has rebuilt and rewired the entire Muscatine property, including studio and transmitters, Tim also does contract engineering work with several other radio groups in the Midwest.
