About MC Mornings with Connor Kenney

Born and raised in Clinton, Connor has had a passion for radio since his childhood. Growing up, Connor was an avid B100 listener and he had the privilege of working there, but more on that in a moment.
Connor began his radio career doing overnights in Waterloo at Rock 108 while attending the University of Northern Iowa. He was also the General Manager for the UNI radio station, KULT, during his studies. He quickly was moved to doing weekend mornings, filling in during the week, and goofing off to "climb the ladder."
After an ownership change and the launching of a new station, Connor became the only on-air talent for 107.3 The Party and eventually became the Program Director for the station. At the same time, he became Promotions Manager for the group of stations giving him more experience and a reason to take his crazy ideas and make them a reality.
In December of 2019, Connor and his soon to be wife, Ellie, moved to the Quad Cities where Connor would become the Brand Manager for B100. He spent 5 years there building connections, working with businesses, and having a blast with listeners on the air and on location.
In April 2025, Connor took the role of General Manager for MC 93 and KWPC under the new ownership of Krieger Media Company. Not only is he the GM, you can also hear him every morning during MC Mornings with Connor Kenney.
Connor is a loving husband to his wife Ellie and a proud father to his daughter Caelyn and son Cooper. Although Connor and Ellie met and both graduated from UNI, they are Hawkeye fans through and through. They also love the Cubs but Sundays can be tough sometimes as Connor is a Green Bay Packers fan and Ellie cheers on her Minnesota Vikings. Connor loves to golf, swim in his pool with his friends and family, drink cold beer, and travel (especially to Florida). Connor even picked up running over the summer running his first Bix 7 race!
