Steve Hazelwood, 67, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Trinity Rock Island Hospital.
The Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. There will be a private family service. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Any memorials may be made in his honor to the Muscatine Church of Christ for the many visits, cookies, and prayers.
