Donna Jane Tibbetts, 80, of Muscatine, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026, at home.
A Graveside Service will take place at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, February 6, 2026, at St. Mary’s Cemetery. The Reverend Chris Weber will officiate. The Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of her son, Thomas.
