Announced recently, MuscaBus has added a new service to assist shuttle/paratransit passengers to remember pick up times for scheduled trips.
According to MuscaBus operators, passengers will receive a text reminder the day before the trip. The text says to reply within 60 minutes. If you do not choose to reply, the trip will still be scheduled. If you would like to cancel, reply “CANCEL” within one hour of receiving the text, or by calling the MuscaBus office at 563-263-8152. If you do not want text reminders please reply “STOP.”
