Nate has been with CBI Bank & Trust since 2018. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated strong leadership, deep community engagement, and a consistent commitment to our clients and associates.
Senior Vice President, Ag Banking Group Manager and Western IL Market President, Bryan Hofmann
Bryan Hofmann has been promoted to senior vice president, Ag Banking Group manager and Western IL Market president. Most recently he had been vice president and Western IL Market president. Bryan began his career with Joy State Bank – the original predecessor bank – in 1997, well before it became Farmers-Merchants Banks in Joy, Illinois, and ultimately joined CBI Bank & Trust in 2024. He served as president/CEO of Joy State Bank and Farmers-Merchants Bank and in his first two years with CBI Bank & Trust, he served as Western Illinois Market president. Bryan now additionally leads CBI Bank & Trust Ag Banking Group whose mission is to become the preferred financial partner with local farm families.
