The Muscatine Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in the investigation of a stabbing that occurred on February 2. At approximately 7:35 p.m., officers responded to a 911 call reporting a stabbing in the 200 block of Walnut Street.
The initial investigation indicates that a verbal confrontation between two adult males escalated, resulting in one individual being stabbed. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is expected to recover.
