CBI Bank & Trust Appoints David C. Burdakin to Board of Directors

CBI Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of David C. Burdakin to its Board of Directors,
effective January 22, 2026.

Mr. Burdakin (Dave) retired in 2024 following a distinguished 45-year career in manufacturing and executive
leadership. From 2014 to 2023, he served as Executive Vice President and Division President of JBT AeroTech,
a leading global provider of aviation ground support equipment and services. After the sale of JBT AeroTech to
Oshkosh Corporation in 2023, Dave continued to lead the AeroTech division under Oshkosh until his
retirement.

Prior to joining JBT Corporation, Dave held senior leadership roles at Dover Corporation, including President
of Paladin Brands, a Cedar Rapids-based manufacturer of construction equipment attachments. Earlier in his
career, he spent 14 years with HNI Corporation in Muscatine, Iowa, progressing through various leadership
roles, including seven years as President of The HON Company.

Dave holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in
Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.

He and his wife, Kim, have been active advocates for organ donor awareness for more than 25 years. Dave
currently serves on the Iowa Donor Network Board of Directors, chairs the Lehigh University Industrial &
Systems Engineering Alumni Advisory Council, and serves on the Board of Trustees for Wesley United
Methodist Church in Muscatine. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Wabash National
Corporation in Lafayette, Indiana.

Dave and his wife reside in Muscatine. They have four children and are expecting their fifth grandchild in
January.
