The Muscatine Area Farmers Market will close out its 2025 season with a family-friendly Halloween celebration on Saturday, October 25, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in downtown Muscatine at the corner of Third and Cedar streets.

Visitors are encouraged to wear costumes and enjoy a morning filled with music, activities, and seasonal fun. Local radio personality Tony Tone will provide entertainment throughout the event, while children can participate in trick-or-treating and visit the petting zoo.

Unofficial ghost busters will be on-site to help keep the atmosphere lively, and representatives from Muscatine County Conservation will share educational displays about local plants and wildlife. Attendees may even catch a performance of a witches’ dance, adding to the festive spirit of the day.

In addition, the Teal Pumpkin Project will host a table offering non-food treats for children with allergies or dietary restrictions.

The Muscatine Area Farmers Market thanks the community for another successful season and invites everyone to join the celebration on October 25.

The Muscatine Area Farmers Market operates from May through October, offering a wide variety of locally grown produce, baked goods, handmade crafts, and specialty products. The market provides a welcoming space for the community to connect, support local growers and artisans, and celebrate the vibrant spirit of Muscatine.
