Bob Howard President & Chief Banking Officer
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Bob Howard as President & Chief Banking Officer for CBI Bank & Trust. In this role, Bob will be responsible for oversight of all 24 offices in Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. Most recently he was EVP, Chief Commercial Lending Officer and Regional President for the Quad Cities/Stateline and Johnson County. Bob joined CBI
Bank & Trust in August of 2012.
Nancy Etnier EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer
Congratulations to Nancy Etnier, who has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently she had been Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Nancy joined CBI Bank & Trust in April of 2004 as Human Resources Manager.
Tracy McGinnis SVP, Chief Payments & Deposit Officer
Congratulations to Tracy McGinnis, who has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Payments & Deposit Officer. Most recently Tracy had been Senior Vice President, Regional Retail Banking Manager. Tracy joined CBI Bank & Trust in January of 1995.

Congratulations to Larry Randazzo who has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Operations & Technology Officer. Most recently he had been Senior Vice President, Senior Operations Officer & Cashier. Larry joined CBI Bank & Trust in November 2021.

Lindsay Heinrichs Vice President, Human Resources
We are pleased to welcome Lindsay Heinrichs as Vice President, Human Resources. Lindsay brings over 17 years of Human Resource experience, the past six plus years with HNI Corporation, and most recently as a Human Resources Manager for Corporate and Information and Technology leaders and staff. Originally from the Quad Cities, Lindsay graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Human Resources Management and a minor in Economics. She has participated in Junior Achievement for a number of years.
Brian Chick Vice President, Facilities & Security Officer
We are pleased to welcome Brian Chick as Vice President, Facilities & Security Officer. For the past 16+ years, Brian has been the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager for the Muscatine Downtown Investors, LLC. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing property transformation, managing/balancing aggressive timelines and budgets, execution of codes and compliance with city officials and also managing and monitoring security for multiple properties. Prior to this, he was with GPC for 16 years. From a facilities and security standpoint, Brian’s role will be to oversee all of our 24 locations. He will manage the maintenance for all facilities; coordinate service calls as needed for grounds and building related repairs; obtain quotes for maintenance contracts including HVAC, landscaping, snow removal, pest control and cleaning services; as well as assist in activities necessary in the construction of new branches and facilities, and remodeling projects.
Molly Miller Vice President, Commercial Banking
We are pleased to welcome Molly Miller as Vice President, Commercial Banking, for Johnson County, Iowa City/Coralville Market. For the past 12 years, Molly was associated with Hills Bank and Trust Company, as Vice President, Commercial Banking. Prior to that, she had been with the Federal Employees Credit Union in Iowa City, and the VA Medical Center. Molly is well known in the Johnson County market, having served as a Board Member or in a volunteer capacity with numerous not-for-profit entities. Molly graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in Sociology. She and her family reside in Iowa City.
Susie Johnson Senior Vice President, Finance
We are pleased to welcome back Susie Johnson as Senior Vice President, Finance. Susie has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience, most recently as the CFO of Vibrant Credit Union. Prior to that, she spent 12 years with Walcott Bank and Trust/CBI Bank & Trust in various positions, including Controller, Senior Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Reporting & Analysis. Originally from Janesville, WI, Susie graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy and a minor in Music. She has also obtained both her CPA and CGMA designations. She resides with her family in Taylor Ridge.
