Today, February 1, 2018, in Muscatine County District Court:

ANTHONY VINCENT ETTORE, 52, of Wilton pleaded guilty and was sentenced for the offenses of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and, from separate incident, possession of methamphetamine and driving while barred. The court imposed concurrent terms of incarceration for a total term of incarceration of not to exceed ten years.

Investigation by the Muscatine County Drug Task Force resulted in the execution of a search warrant at ETTORE’s residence. He was found to be in possession of methamphetamine which he intended to distribute. When he was later arrested he was found in possession of methamphetamine for personal use. He also had been arrested for driving while his privilege to do so was barred due to prior violations. ETTORE had a lengthy criminal history for offenses including robbery, burglary, and assault.
