(Muscatine, IA) Jim Watts recently joined Central Bancshares, Inc. as Chief Operations Officer. Reporting to Greg Kistler, President and CEO, he is responsible for all operations, client services, data processing and information technology functions of the Muscatine-based organization.
A 30+ year industry veteran, Watts served in a senior management capacity with a number of banking organizations. Most recently he was Senior Vice President and COO of West Texas National Bank, a $1.2 billion (assets) multi-branch financial institution based in Midland, Texas.
