The Muscatine County Conservation Board will hold a public meeting concerning proposed plans for Deep Lakes Park on Thursday, August 29, at the Environmental Learning Center, 3300 Cedar St., Muscatine. Conservation Board members and staff, Deep Lakes Park Steering Committee members, and Shoemaker Haaland staff will be on hand to answer questions and receive comments and suggestions concerning the proposed plans for Deep Lakes Park.
From 5:00-8:00 pm the public can view the plans, ask questions or leave comments and suggestions. A formal presentation by the park planning firm, Shoemaker Haaland, will be held from 6:00-7:00 pm. The plans can also be viewed on the Conservation Board’s website www.MuscatineCountyConservation.com
