Muscatine County attorney Alan Ostergren says there were three guilty pleas from Muscatine residents and the sentencing of a Montpelier man:

* Eighteen-year-old Dakota Adams of 813 Park Ave. pled guilty to second-degree criminal mischief.

* Sixty-four-year-old Patricia Foor of 1616 Logan St. pled guilty to two counts of child endangerment causing bodily injury.

* Forty-four-year-old Brian Monroe of 6616 41st Street South pled guilty to first-degree fraudulent practices.

Adams, Foor and Monroe all will be sentenced November 2nd.

* Nineteen-year-old Aaron Sindt was sentenced after a guilty plea to second-degree theft.
