Week #289 in our Hometown Hundreds contest was Partners 4 Success,
nominated by Elaine Bates.  She notes, "the project provides shoes for
many of the in-need students in the Muscatine Community.  One hundred
percent of all monies donated will be used to purchase sneakers".
