The Week #283 Winner in the Hometown Hundreds contest is the Muscatine
High School Mock Trial Team, nominated by Mike Fladlien.

Mike noted that, "It is a Muscatine High School related activity that is
unfunded by the school district.  It develops human potential, civil
responsibility, and citizenship."
