This week's winner in the Hometown Hundreds contest is the Muscatine
Agricultural Learning Center, nominated by Elaine Bates.  She notes, "For
students to gain a  sense of responsibility for caring for animals.
Students will be learning work ethics, team work, life skills,
communication and to have a better look on life".
