Muscatine Radio KWPC 860 AM will host a health and wellness round table tomorrow, Wednesday the 29th. The Health roundtable will take place at the Y from 1:00-3:00pm. Participating in the roundtable are will be doctors, pharmacist,  fitness experts, physical therapists and more.

Social media and fundraising are among the topics to be discussed at an upcoming seminar for some Republicans. The seminar is this Saturday, February 1st. It’s hosted by the  Republican Second Congressional District Executive Committee, which is made up of the chairs and co-chairs of the 24 counties in the district. The goal is giving Republicans the tools to win their elections this year. Among candidates planning to attend are Congressional candidate Mark Lofgren of Muscatine, and Secretary of State candidate Paul Pate. Both will speak during lunch.

Tomorrow, Wednesday the 29th, at the West Liberty Community Center, from 6:30 - 8:30pm will be the Muscatine County Zoning Commission and Muscatine Board of Supervisors forecast meeting where the public can give feedback and ask questions concerning the plans for the next 20 year plan for Muscatine County. The meeting is open to the public.
