Muscatine is about to welcome thousands of bowlers for Iowa’s United States Bowling Congress Women’s Bowling Association state championship. The competition at Plamor Lanes starts next weekend. It takes place most weekends through May 19th. Heather Shoppa is manager of the Muscatine Convention & Visitors Bureau. She says as many as 3,000 women will compete.
