An Elves’ Workshop is planned for Muscatine.

The Elves’ Workshop is hosted by the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department. It’s set for 1 to 3 on Saturday, December 15th, at Pearl City Station on the riverfront.

The workshop features holiday arts and crafts for kids.

It’s a free event for children and families and no pre-registration is required.
