The Holiday Open House in West Liberty held this past weekend was

considered a successful event by many who joined in or attended the festivities.

Carolyn Lamp of the Resale Store in West Liberty says that it was her first

time participating and was alot of fun.

Letha Ottaway of the West Liberty Chamber of Commerce, reported that this

years Holiday Open House is the biggest event they put on to date.

The closest in crowd attendance size in comparison would be the Muscatine

County Fair Parade and the Picnic In the Park held every year in July.
