A Muscatine man has been sentenced to 25 year prison term for sexual

abuse. Judge Mark Cleve sentenced 26 year old Matthew Eli

Vill-Al-Pando 25 years in prison on the charge of Sexual Abuse in the

Third Degree. He was found guilty at a jury trial in September of this

year. Evidence at the trial shown Vill-Al-Pando had performed

an act against a 14 year old when he was 23 years old.

The incident occurred October 30, 2010, in a residence in Muscatine.

The case was investigated by the Muscatine Police Department.
