Second District Rep. Dave Loebsack of Iowa City is headed back to Congress.

Loebsack, a former college professor vying for his fourth term, defeated John Archer, a Republican and John Deere attorney from Bettendorf.

Loebsack says he won pretty convincingly in the Quad Cities and that’s a testament to the work he’s been doing and his campaign volunteers.
